Frequently Asked Questions

• How long does it take to dispense a drink? - Brewing takes between 25-30 seconds per cup.
• Does the Primo X need to be connected to mains water? - The Primo X can be connected to mains water. Should mains water not be an option you can also use a water reservoir or a pump and tank kit. A Pump and Tank kit  holds 25 litres. Water Reservoir holds 8.2 litres or 5.2 litres if using a Brita filter
• What size is the base cabinet? - The size of the Base Cabinet is (H) 965 x (W) 440 x (D) 646mm
• Can I show video advertising? - Load your own videos/logos onto the media screen. Easily updatable without complex software. Option to have your own logo shown on the cups during selection.
• Do I need a laptop to set up the machine? - No! These machines can be easily setup without the need for a laptop. “Plug and play”.
• Two Drinks at once? - The Primo X delivers 2 drinks of the same type from a selection of popular choices in under 40 seconds! Double Cappuccino’s all round!
