A premium blend of high-grade Arabica and Robusta from Central America, South America and Africa. Alteco contains coffee from plantations that practice organic farming. A perfect balance: notes of dried fruits and raisins, a medium body, a delicate taste and a persistent chocolate aftertaste.
The decaffeination process adopted by Lavazza does not use chemical solvents, but exclusively carbon dioxide (CO2) to fully preserve the sensory complexity of the coffee.
